Subscription control, without the spreadsheet
Know what's charging you— before it does.
Track recurring expenses in USD and PKR, forecast what's next, and reconcile every payment from one secure dashboard.
Overview
July 2026Built for recurring money
Your subscriptions stop being background noise.
Generic expense apps tell you where money went. Expense Tracker is organized around what renews, what was paid, and what still needs your attention.
See the next charge before the notification.
Anchor dates and recurrence rules turn every active subscription into a clear upcoming timeline.
Keep expected and actual payments aligned.
Record paid periods, amounts, transaction details, and notes—then reconcile them against forecasts.
Get reminders where you already pay attention.
Send a de-duplicated digest through email, Telegram, Discord, or your own webhook workflow.
The complete toolkit
Serious control, minus financial-app theatre.
No bank credential prompts. No fake insights. Just the tools needed to manage recurring spend well.
Forecast every renewal
Look ahead across active plans and understand which charges are coming in each billing period.
Paid history that stays useful
Capture billing period, amount, timestamp, email, transaction ID, and notes. Edit in bulk when needed.
Reminders, your way
Use email, Telegram, Discord, or a generic webhook. Daily de-duplication prevents reminder spam.
Passkeys, not passwords
Sign in with Windows Hello, Touch ID, a security key, or another platform authenticator.
Your data stays portable
Import subscriptions and paid history from CSV. Export a validated JSON backup and restore transactionally.

Open Expense TrackerWhat can I track with Expense Tracker?
Recurring subscriptions, billing dates, USD and PKR amounts, payment history, upcoming charges, notes, categories, and active or cancelled status.
Does it connect to my bank?
No. It is a deliberate manual tracker, so it does not ask for bank credentials or scrape your financial accounts. You stay in control of what is recorded.
Why does it use passkeys?
Passkeys let you authenticate with your device, Windows Hello, Touch ID, phone, or security key. There is no password to remember, reuse, or reset.
Are Free and Pro available now?
Not yet. The current app includes the complete feature set. The five-subscription Free tier and unlimited Pro tier are the planned packaging for a future SaaS release.
Can I export or restore my data?
Yes. Export a portable JSON backup and restore it later. The app validates restores before applying them and also supports CSV imports for subscriptions and paid history.
